how long after you have appeared for the H4 interview do u get back your passport? it says 8 working days on ttsvisas.com but friends tell me it is less than that ..? any experiences recently? i got my H1 renewed in mumbai,which took 3 working days
I came to US on B1/B2 visa. My fiancee sponsored me on the basis of which I got my visa. I got married here and got H4 from INS. Now I am going to India to get my visa stamped. Do u foresee any problem in my case as my status was changed from B to H4.? I am going to the same consulate and they were aware that I am getting sponsored by my fiancee.M husband is now on H1 extension and waiting for his labour to get approve........SO any suggestion?
