Processing Time for AP??

My lawyer applied for I-140/485/EAD/AP in August. I just recd all the LIN Nos...

For AP(I-131), the estimated time on the phone message as well as online status check says 'It is currently taking us between 424 and 454 days to process such a kind of case'!!!!!!!!!!!

Can this be true...which means is it taking more than a year for AP approval?? I hope it is a mistake. Pls. advise...

AP approved

My advance parole was approved today .. the RD was 22nd july .in my case also it said the same thing some 400 + days but it was approved within 2 months ... so u will be getting it soon ....
