Processing time foe I-140 amendment same as fresh I-140 ?

Can anyone say if I-140 redo time at VSC is same as a fresh I-140. I
may need file file an amendment to I-140 as my company location changed.

I have seen people from this board getting I 140 amendment approved within 4-5 days (For successor-in-interest). But I guess again depeneds on what kind of amendment it is.

There is no special form to it. As per IIO, she mentioned that at the top of I-140 application to write it as amended application.
