processing time at infopass

Hi again,

I went for an infopass appointment last week and tried to speed up my GC issuance. The lady behind the counter said that with my ND (March 2004) I should give NSC a few more months. She did email them and asked them to let me know if they need anything else to process the card. This same action was done by a colleague of hers at my previous infopass app. in June. And nothing ever happened. I wonder if they really emailed or they pretended? or if anyone checks their emails at NSC?
did anyone get approved at NSC with ND around March 2004?

NSC seems way behind

I have my i-485 with NSC since 11/2001 and its not processed yet. I sent letters to my Congresswoman and Senator. I had an infopass meeting and they said that they emailed NSC asking about the status of my case.

I also called the 800 couple of items and they sent inquires to NSC twice about my case. I received two letters from NSC; one asked me to wait 60 days and if not received decision then call the 800 again.. haha. The second letter asked me to wait 6 month and if not received decision then call the 800 again.... same joke to me.

I gave up on this matter.... and I truly wish you the best luck for you..
