Processing time after updating I130 for spouse

Hi all!

I just had a question for anyone else who has been through this process. I recently became a US citizen. Have previously filed I130 for spouse who is outside the US. Priority date Jan 2023. After upgrading form I130 to US citizen, and if they keep same priority date, does the approval process go faster? Thanks!
 
Is the I-130 still pending? If so, it could make I-130 approval faster, since they are in less of a hurry to approve I-130 in categories that have a wait for visa numbers. If the I-130 is already approved, then upgrading it will start the Consular Processing process immediately, since there is no longer a wait for visa numbers.
 
I130 is still pending. I just didn't know since priority date is jan 2023, that would give it some priority.
