processing time after RFE

Is there a specific time frame to get approval after INS receive the RFE ??
My situation they received my RFE in DEC and my 2nd FP in JAN. Should i give INS another month or two , or should i contact senator again ???
i am a wondering about the time frame i should give BCIS after RFE received date and after 2nd FP. It has been 26 months and 11 days for My I-485 case which H1B based, same employer.

Any ideas, suggestions ???

There does not seem to be a trend really. However, if you have already done 2nd FP, I would guess approval should have come close to a month after reply to RFE.

I would give it another couple of weeks. You could also check out the RFE tracker for people's experiences with approvals and RFE's.

You should receive the approval anytime. But there is no harm in contacting senator immediately, rather than waiting for one or two months.
