Processing time after priority date is 'current'?

Does anyone know how long the processing time is after a visa category becomes 'current'? Does the date of the visa bulletin become the new 'received date' for a case?

Just wondering how TSC would process these cases...

neither FIFO or LIFO (ask some people with PD 2001 still waiting)

In a such a ideal Immigration system, once your PD is current, there should be less than two weeks to get your approval, but again there is no such a thing at TSC.
