Processing resumed : Finger print results recvd

Hi :

Recently my online status changed to ,
we received y'r finger printing review results , processing of
this case has been resumed.

What significance does this message has ?
How long does it take from now -- to approval ?

Any idea ?

I did my fp on 4/2 and this is what i saw on the BCIS web site

On April 4, 2003, the results of your fingerprint review for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were received, and processing has resumed on your case. We will mail you a notice if further action is needed, or when a decision is made.

There is no real connection between

processing resumed message and approval time. I never got that message at all. Some on this board have got it for a year and still no apporval.

Mine is almost one year old :mad:
 
Mine is 1/17/02 as said on BCIS online status checking message. No approval. In 10 days, my FP will expire, waiting for re-do notice everyday.

I guess

I guess all that message means is that your FP results were received from FBI & the results recorded in ur "case file"..Now it will wait on the shelf until the JIT moves to or beyond your ND...

My ND is 4/16/02 - FP happened in May 15th 02...still waiting for the processing to move...
 
it means " check back with us in a year or two" - my ND is 12/01 and I have had this message since our fp in 05/02 - still waiting - no change in message

I have had this message all the time, for more than a year .. So relax .. as the journey to eternity begins ... Not to be pessmistic .. but thats the way it has been .. wait & wait ..
