I think I am seeing a trend that indicates TSC is processing cases where the FP is about to expire. I am one of the unfortunates that waited a long time to receive an FP notice. I guess I will be waiting a lot longer.
Your observation might be correct but knowing TSC anything is possible. After FP you can get your GC in three months to three years as someone pointed out on this forum. In anycase you are not alone as I am in exactly the same situation. My ND is NOV2001 and FP 3/11/2003 and no sign of any approvals in the near future. But hang in there as sooner or later something will happen
