If somebody can explain the order of processing of the 140/485 petitions, I would appreciate it. I am confused on these two points:
1. With 140/ 485 concurrent filing, a person's I-140 petition is considered for processing when that person's I485 is ready for adjudication. If this is correct then the processing dates published for I140 each of the centers will not make any sense to me now that dates for EB3 category are retrogressed.
2. Also if the cut off dates are different for different categories(EB2, EB3.. etc.) then how does just one date for I485 (Emloyment based) petitions tell what dated petitions for different categories are being processed?
