Processing of PD Oct 01,1999 ??

Hi,

Does anyone know what criteria is being used to start processing dated from Oct 01,1999 ?
Is INS not going to start on these cases until all the Aug/Sept 99 cases are resolved and approved ??
I was under the impression that INS processed it in pipeline fashion which is why one sees a wide range of approval dates.

Any thoughts ??

We all wish if we knew answer to your question. It is a question we all have. Nobody seems to know the reason behind wide range of NDs getting approved. INS tells us that they are processing in pipeline fashion. But you know the reality.....

Even though it appears like it happening randomly for eg. case later than Mar,00 are moving ahead while Oct99-Mar00 cases are at a freeze, but I have not seen any cases processed yet in that time frame. I guess Kiran is right nobody knows what is happening for those cases(except INS ofcourse), but we know for sure all of them are in one pile waiting for instruction from somebody to proceed..
