60% of Jan-02 cases have been touched in the last 6 months since processing for Jan-02 started.

With the same rate the remaining 40% cases should be touched in the next 4 months.

With respect to probability of approval, it was 1 in 100 when it started. Now going forward

Chances of case being touched in Nov-03 will be 1 in 40
Chances of case being touched in Dec-03 will be 1 in 30
Chances of case being touched in Jan-04 will be 1 in 20
Chances of case being touched in Feb-04 will be 1 in 10
Chances of case being touched in Mar-04 anyday.

Well these predictions are all for fun. USCIS has the final say -- They are unpredictable.

Based on the current trends, these are not chances of approval. These are the chances of a case being touched.

Thanks for pointing it out.

Yes It should be read as "Chances of case being touched" and not "Chances of approval ".

This is even true as more than 50% of the touched cases have been transfered.
