Processing of I 485 based on PR or RD

Processing of I 485 based on the Priority date or receipt date.
PR date Feb 2001
I 140 AP
I 485 receipt date March 12th 2008
Notice date not received. Assistant at the Law office says there is no Notice date. Is that so.
when do you think will be the FP appointments.
 
No notice date? Apparently you don't have the I-485 receipt in your hand. Make sure to get it in your hand as soon as possible. It belongs to you, not your employer or lawyer.

Anyway, for the I-485 application the receipt date is what matters, not the notice date.
 
I will get the receipt date from the lawyer. I get it the RD is important. But my question on this forum is since the PD is current as of Feb 2001, will it be determined when the data is fed into the computer and will the PD be recognized as current and start processing the application or it will fo according to their processing time chart. The case is at TSC.
