I am about to submit the I-485 and I-485A for my spouse. I was told that I needed to complete the G-325 for him and G-325A for myself(US Citizen), but when I read the uscis website, I understand that I only need to submit the G-325A for my husband...Please advise.
Also, is everyone issued and Alien #? I have several of the I-797 (receipt forms, not sure if that is the correct form number), and I do not see an A# on any of the paperwork he received from when his dad petitioned for him.
Finally, at what point can my husband apply for a Driver's License in the US?
