Hello guys,
I am US citizen and my parents are here on a visitors' visa presently. This is their fourth trip (they have 10 year multiple visa) during last 6 years and since they are old (72 years and 62 years) and planning to sponsor GC for them. This time they have been given I-94 for only 3 months and it has been a just over a month since they landed. Is it good to start their GC now and could you please let me know what all I need to send along with I-130.

2. Also, can any one of you clarify what is Alien Regn number for me (US citizen) in I-130 column 10 ?
3. There 2 numbers in my Naturalization certificate one is just numbers and other starting with A. Which one is Naturalization number?

I appreciate your help as the time is very short.

Thanks,
Hanimi.

Thanks Joe!

1) My parents got only 3 months on their I-94 (I-94 expires on 12/21/2003) So, Can I mail my papers around 11/15/2003 and how soon we would be getting the notice of receipt? I hope they will not be out of status as I-94 is only until 12/20/2003.

2) Joe, can you clarify if I have to get the physical done and send I-693 along with this package (including I-130, I-485, I-863)?

3) My father is 75 years and my mother is 65 years. What are the vaccinations they need to have for the physicals?

4) Since we live in Chicago, can I send all the forms to Chicago INS office?

Once again thank you very much for your help!

Regards,
Hanimi.
