processing dates

Hi there, does anybody know how to find out the processing dates?

I submitted my application to Dallas office in person through Pilot program June 05. Yesterday I checked the processing dates for dallas district office, and found out it's Feb 2006 for I-485. So I called my attorney. But they said their data shows the date is Jan 2005, based on which they said INS won't accept our inquiry.

Did I look at the wrong office? Or the processing dates published on their website bulgas?
 
If you went through DORA I'm guessing the processing dates are irrelevant to you. It sounds like you're being held up by a name check. Not sure why INS are quoting you Jan 2005.
 
so they give out processing date case by case? Now I start to regret I went through pilot, hard to track...
 
DORA cases are supposed to be resolved in ~90 days, unless there's a security check issue. Unfortuntately security checks can hold up GC issue for years. My advice is to contact your congressman if USCIS continue to not be helpful.
