Hi, I''m new to the forum and I'm not sure whether this is the right place for posting this concern.
On Friday Aug/25/06, the Nebraska Service Ctr updated the Processing Dates. In the case of Employment based I-485, they posted that they're currently now processing cases with Receipt Notice Date of September 30, 2005.
The odd thing is that their previous posting (Aug/03/06) said they were processing Employment based I-485 cases with Receipt Notice Date of November 01, 2005.
I thought that maybe Nebraska could have made a mistake (typo) but a friend of mine whose case is being processed at the California Service Ctr said that in his case, the processing dates also moved back.
Does anyone know why are they moving back the processing dates? Thanks,
