Processing Date Question

Hi Guys,

The March Processing date is out,

The I140 Processing date in Nebraska has not moved for a single day and the AP has moved only for a week.

What does this mean? why do you think the I140 in Neb is not moving at all?

The published date indicates the average receipt date (of the petition) that NSC is currently processing. At the same time, there are are approval postings in the trackitt forum with RDs beyond February 2007.

I have seen the trackitt, but even there I have saved the trackitt over the last couple of months and I can not see any progress in the I140, It seems that they just forgot about it and they are not doing anything

Any idea?
