Processing date 101s and RFEs

Need 101s on Processing dates (and RFEs)

hello everyone,
I have found this forum very helpful and supportive. I have a few questions about Processing dates
My case is :
I-485 ND Aug 31 2003
I-140 ND Aug 31 2003
I-140 Approved Feb 20th 2004
I am now on AC-21 (2nd EAD) with a different employer. I got an RFE asking me for employment letter, w2s and employer's Financial statement which I sent on the 17th of May, 2005. Now , The Processing date on my I-140 states Feb 2003, does this mean that I am current (Since NBSC is processing March 2003 ?). Should I hope to hear from the service center soon ?
I am, as others, getting tired of this waiting game.

Since your 140 is already approved, the 140 processing dates are meaningless for you.

What's your Priority Date (PD) ? You can find this on the 140 approval notice.
Also do you know what's the type of your case ? (EB2/EB3 etc) .... ??

Answers to both of those will determine how much longer your wait might be.
