Starting december 2004, all paperwork is to be sent to a Chicago center. But all the posts so far talk about regional or local USCIS offices. Does anyone know if the Chicaco office deals with everything now, or are they sending back the requests to the regional office? this means it just takes more time now.... I belon to the Vermont service center, it seems it is the slowest office from them all. Where can I find the processing times for the different ofiices on the net?
