Process to expedite AP

The ND on my AP is 08/28/2003. I have heard that one could expedite the AP request by Faxing a letter to INS in this regard. If someone has done this can you publish the FaxNumber and also the format of the document to be used for sending this Fax ?

You can find the fax number in the attachment. I have not done this. But got this form from this forum some time back. Hope this helps you..
