I filed for I-140/I-765/ I-131/ I -485 together for self and I-131/ I-485 for my wife. It was done by my company and i am on L1-A (Exec/Mgr) visa with about 2 more years to go. Following is the schedule that was followed -
20-Nov-06 - Applicaiton Filing Date
24-Nov-06 - Filing notice received
6-Dec-06 - Finger Print notice of I-485 received for self and spouse
8-Dec-06- FP done
8-Dec-06- EAD/ I-131 approved (email sent by USCIS) for self only
I-140 - Pending
I-485 - Pending
I-131 - Pending for spouse.
Can someone let me know the process fromnnow on e.g. when to expect I-140 and I-485. What are the steps between now and getting an I-485/I-140 etc
