My son and me are in US now and recently our I-485 denial . My current employer doing my H1
and I have only 8 months more for 6yrs H1 stay. I am planning to send my son, who is 13 yrs old to India not to disturb his studies. I am planning to marry a citizen after 6 - 8months.
Because I dont have an option to bring my son as a dependent, What is the process to get my son here.
How fast we can bring him? Do the step father who is a US citizen adopt him to bring him?
How long the adoption takes?
