Process in US or from outside

First thank you all..really good source of information.

I'm undecided to apply for GC in US AOS or filing form my country form 1-130...and K3
I'm a B2 holder and my wife USC..we just got married .

What is in your opinion the safe, secure and faster way??

Also if i decide to first option ...my fear is how much i'll be unable to work legally ..

What i did

I came into this country on a B2 Visa and got married in the United states i received my conditional green card in 7 months after filing my AOS plus i was an overstay.I do not think that you have anything to worry about.If you would like to save yourself years of waiting file in the USA. In the possibility that you choose not to.You have to have your Fiance apply for a Fiance Visa to get to the United States which may take a while depending on where you are from.Its illegal however to enter the United States on a B2 visa with the intent to adjust your status through marriage,however its forgiven if you do it as long as you get married to an American citizen.Choose wisely.
