Need some advice. I've my I-140 cleared and I-485 has been pending for 6+ months. I also have EAD.
1) Can I start a company?
2) If yes, can I have a partner in India be the main founder or does it have to a U.S. PR or citizen?
3) Can I work for that company till my GC gets approved? There may be no income in the company for a while. So does any provision in AC21 gets violated?
4) If I become an employee (and also a co-founder) in that company, can I draw salary?
Any more information in this regard would be highly appreciated.
