Process for Lost or misplaced EAD

Guys,

What is the process to be followed for misplaced/lost EADS? I have my current EAD in my posession, but seem to have misplaced the renewed one (valid for future dates).

1) How long does it take to get a replacement?
2) How much does it cost?
3) Do I need to get in touch with the lawyer?
4) Or is this a request that I can handle myself?

Would appreciate any help.

Just want to check how the EAD card is misplaced?.

My case was approved few days back but still waiting for the card. My wife got her card but not me and i am worried. So can u please post the how urs is misplaced.
 
I did receive it from BCIS. After that it was misplaced. (My carelesness...) What proccess did you follow to obtain a new card? Please let me know.

Incorrect Date of birth in EAD

Hello All,
I received my EAD card but date of birth is printed wrong. Everything else is correct. Anybody faced this kind of situation. I would like know how to fix this problem. Please help me out.
