I am presently on the F1 visa, and have one year of OPT to go. I just received an offer from a firm.
If I am to have the company sponsor me will there be a difference if I ask for a green card or an H1. I prefer the green card.
What would be the going rate to process these in Metro DC, and what are the processing times?
