Hello all, I am a wouldbe USC (Nov I will take my oath).
After I am done with my citizenship, I want to apply a green card for my mother who is presently in US on a visitor visa. Can you please tell me what is the process and how long does it normally take in VSC. What all supporting documents would I need.
Also will it be faster to do the green card from here in US or from India.
