And here is the URL to find out who your congressperson is http://www.house.gov/writerep/
Please do also use the petition and the signatures when you send your letter to these folks asking them to do something about these I-485’s delays.

Guys,
I have contacted Texas Congressman Tom Delay. Nothing much, they just told me that they called INS, INS replied the application is active and presently they are processing Nov 2000. This kind of reply we will get by looking at the case status online also.

Yes that would be standard reply you would get from either the Congressperson or the Senator’s office. Perhaps if folks can start asking when would TSC start I-485 processing again on a regular basis we might get some insight on what the hell TSC is doing.
