Process after check cashed and FP

I was wondering if the processs is backloged after check cashed as well? I just got my FP letter and its scheduled on 11/28. So far, things are going ok but I am scared at the same time to what will happen after the FP done? I guess big game starts after the FP. Since I am from Pakistan, that makes me more confuse.. any thoughts? concerns? Anyone wants to share their experience if they are from Pakistan?
 
It really, really depends on your luck and the name checking algorithm (which no one knows exactly how it does it) after the FP.
