Procedures to get FP Notice

My RD is June 15 2002.

I got FP Notice last week to be scheduled in Dallas end of this month.

Please send your opinions/experience in Dallas office for FP.

To get FP notice i did several things...Please try it out.

1.Letters to Congress Man/ Senator
2. Every alternate day fax to TSC
3.Ask your Attorney office to speak to TSC. They can talk to TSC officer directly.
4.While renewing my 3rd EAD, i added a request letter (STAPLED with APPLICATION).

Interesting Strategy. Iam sure DHS budget for office supplies will have to increase or they are going to cut the service center Fax#s soon.

Just recd FP notice in mail. No change in online status. Lawyer called TSC 2 weeks back, I myself faxed TSC last week. No idea which one worked -- maybe neither, it was just my turn to get some good news after 25 months of inactivity.
 
Good News !!!

FP's are actually started who sent the Letter / FAX to USCIS. I also just did 2 times fax to USCIS for FP, and got it. I am going on 15th July.
