Procedure when regional (Boston) DoL denies RIR...
Did anyone on this board get a denial from regional DoL for their RIR (mine is EB2) applicatoin?
If so, when you opt for it to be processed as a non-RIR case, what is the actual procedure and time frames (Boston DoL) involved in each step of the procedure?
Statistically how is the success rate and how long does a typically non-RIR application take these days from the day it is filed in MA SESA?
