Procedure to postpone FP

Hi everyone,

Can someone tell me the procedure to postpone FP. My wife is out of country and we got a letter for FP. But she cannot come back on the day its scheduled. How to postpone it? What are the consequences of postpont wife's FP (I will get mine done on time, i am primary)

FP Schedule: Oct 16, 2004
 
You will have to mail original FP notice to local ASC asking for a reschedule. ( You should have instructions on you FP notice) I think you will have an option of chosing either wednesday or saturday.
