procedure to enter US with canadian PR card

what do I need to do to get into the US once I am in canada with my PR card.
I mean, do I need a visa or no? if I need a visa, how easy is it to get temporary visitor visa to the US with a canadian pr card?
If I got a job in the US would i need an H1b like from anywhere else?

You will need a visa to enter US.

If you get a job in US and your employer gets H1 approval for you then you can go to the US embassy in Canada to apply for visa.

But keep in mind that if you have recently moved to Canada as a PR it may be difficult for you to get US visa from Canada. You have to prove during the interview at the US embassy that you have sufficient ties to your country of residence (in your case Canada) that you will caome back after your visa expires. If you have just recently moved here it will be difficult to prove that.
