Procedure for Extension of H4 Status - Needs Guidance

My current H1B expires April 2006. Both me and my spouse (H4) has an I-94 which expires April 2006. My employer will be applying for my H1B extension soon in premium processing . Have a few questions concerning my spouse's H4 in this regard.

1) How do I go about applying for H4 extension for my spouse ? What forms to file ?

2) Can this be done in premium processing along with my H1B extension ?

3) I plan to go to Canada to get a new H1B stamp. Can the new H4 visa stamp be also obtained at the same time ? Is it the same procedure as obtaining first time H4 visa stamp ?

Hi,
I am also inthe same boat.
Do u know if I can file the H4 extension for my wife or it has to go thru the lawyer who processed my H1B. I have the H1B approval notice (May 06-May 09). Also, I am planning to go to Canada for getting H1B stamping for both of us.
