What are the steps/procedure after the file is being sent from NVC to US Embassy post (Mumbai)?
If the beneficiary's son fall under Child status protection act 2002, is there a way to expedite the procedure? Because if the priority date becomes current after 1 april 2006 he will be above 21 (CSPA purpose). Will he be considered since the file was sent to US Post before his 21st birthday?
Is US Patriot Act 2001 still valid, if yes when does it expire if at all?
