I just got my H1B approved as I checked my status online.
And currently I'm using my OPT to work and it will expire in Sept 15, 2004.
And here are my questions:
1. Do I have to do anything to change my status? H1B stamping? If yes, how should I do it?
2. As the H1B can only start on Oct 1 the earliest, I become out of status between Sept 15 and Oct 1. Can I still go to work during that time without getting pay?
3. Are all approved H1B start on Oct 1, 2004?
4. Please let me know what other procedures I need to do.
