Probs w/ booking at an appt for Visitor Visa (Hindi/Telugu) at Chennai Consulate

I am trying to book in appt in Hindi/Telugu for a visitor visa at chennai consulate through the VFS website. However it errors out and says no dates available. The only language that works is English however my mom can't speak english. Is anyone else encountering the same problem?

Please help!
