Problems with USCIS telephone system?

I have been trying to contact TSC for the last 2 days through telephone. However, once i enter my SRC number, i get a message that due to a problem they cannot provide me the status at this time. I actually want to go to the customer service by using POJ method however the system is stopping before that stage.

Anyone getting the same message ? :mad:

Yes, it was giving me the same error past couple of days. It is working fine today.
