problems with labour filing

I have couple of questions with Labour Filing for green card
1. If somebody are not on pay roll for few months in 2002 and 2003, will it be a problem for labour certification in 2004
2. If the person is not on payroll when he files for Labour processing , will it be a problem
3. Can a person apply for recapturing of the period where he wa sout of US for 2.5 months, 3.5 months and 5 months .

Filing labor certification nothing to do with pay roll last year.

2. If the person is not on payroll when he files for Labour processing , will it be a problem

LC can be applied for future job, so you don't have to be in company payroll.

3. Can a person apply for recapturing of the period where he wa sout of US for 2.5 months, 3.5 months and 5 months .

1 and 2 is answered so I will take the 3rd one.

I belv you meant that time spent on vacation. Yes you can get that, when you file for extension of visa. You need to show you were on vacation at that time.
