I had my approved I-140 sent to NVC to start consulor processing but somehow it was sent back to NSC, Now for last one and half months i am having nightmares trying to get the file back to NVC to restart CP, my lawyer has sent a few letters to NSC requesting the transfer but nothing happening, can any gurus give me any other ideas? what can i do to get the file back to NVC for CP?
