Called up INS on Apr 10th 01 and was told an RFE was issued for my I485 on Jan/30/01. Neither my lawyer nor me received it.
INS told me they will send me another copy of the RFE..yet to receive it. Also AVM does\'nt say anything about an RFE being issued..
Anyone having the same problems??
