Problems of RFI

One of my friends has sent her RFI medical to USCIS on 9/12 and USCIS recived it on 9/14. But she never sees USCIS updating her status of receiving it. In order to prevent lossing RFI, so she did medical again and sent to USCIS on 9/29 and USCIS received it on 9/30. But until now she has not seen any change on her status.

Any ideas and suggestion?

Overnight mail. She called USCIS, but no use. The support people know a very little info and asked her to wait 60 days before calling.

You cant be this paranoid. IF you have USCIS receipt that they got it..you are ok..do not go through extra hassles and make life hell for yousrelf. I know how frustrating it is that the status is not updated but you could also send a letter with a copy of the RFI and say that "have you gotten my medicals..that I sent?"....Dont need to spend 200 bucks again...And I hope you mean 08/12 and not 9/12..cuz thats the future....Usually before long weekend...things lag..

1st time is priority mail on 8/12. Since there was no receipt, her friend spent extra $40 to get copy from the doctor and sent it with overnight on 8/29. Last time, I only got to update my status only in ne day.

She does not worry about delivery. She does worry about any delay of GC since mass approve is expected.

USCIS 800 -375-5283 can do very little. But it is hard to find out the Lincoln USCIS local phone.
