Problems if you file your i-140 and i-485 to different INS Service Centers

Your i-485 Service Center will request your i-140 documents from your i-140 Service Center if you file your i-140 and i-485 to different INS service centers, and thus will cost you a lot of time (several months at least)!! Any Comments?

Maybe that\'s why they changed the law to allow filing at the service center that approved the I-140

AOS Waiter_485, your i-485 was with CSC. A lot of 485 guys in NSC were not as lucky as you. They wait longer than others.
By the way, your ND is: 09/27/2001?
