Problem with USPS express mail!

I sent my N400 with USPS express mail with return receipt required.

Unfortunately, from the usps on-line tracking, at the Texas Service Center, Nobody there come out to sign the return receipt. So the mail will be held at the local post office for 5 more days. If nobady from Texas Service Center come to pick it up, it will be return to me.

What the hell is this? What should I do now? Seems I am just helpless and
have to wait for the mail come back and re-send with plain mail, is that right?
Anybody has similar experience?

How stupid this whole system is!
 
Every morning somebody collects it from Post Office. If you see the address is PO Box. Relax..You should not be concerned for the coming three days.
If still it is not collected, then you get concerned.

I always said that "return receipt required" does nothing but delaying the process. Based on my experience, Priority Mail, is fast (2 days in the continental US) gives you a tracking number...so you can have a record of delivery and is cheaper too.
 
dont worry i mailed my application through overnight too...since its a post box no one is available to sign the return receipt...what happens is someone goes to the post office the next day morning and collects it...trust me i had to go through the same anguish...its no big deal...
 
the system is perfectly right..please remember you are the one asking for a return receipt...so usps has to make sure the job is done right like i said u will see the results when u try to track the package.

Makes no sense. If you send it Express, why would you need a confirmation receipt? The tracking number is all you need to know about the delivery.
 
Don't waste money and time, just send your N-400 by regular mail. It is fast and reliable.
