Problem with the Phone Automated Message

Hi,

I wanted to check my status via phone and did so this morning. I entered my EAC number and after a real long pause the system came back and said "Due to a problem they could not access my information".

This had not happened to me and I am a little worried. Anyone else experience this before. Also the reason for my worry is the fact that I can see the status online but cannot get it on the phone.

Anyone else seen this behavior?

Got the reply

I used the automated phone message system again and this time got my status (which was similar to what I see on the web site).

Please dont be fazed or perturbed if the phone message fails on you.

I initiated an inquiry in the last week of Feb and got a reply in the last week of march "due to lack of man power....." since then onwards on the Phone I get the message due to a temporary problem we cannot get information on ur case. That problem is existing for the past 3 months. I can check the status online. Interesting thing is my spouce's case (beneficiary) is found via phone and online.
