Problem with my 140...any ideas on what's going to happen

Hi all,

Mine is a labour substitution case, at the time of applying 140 and 485 through labour substitution, H1 and pay stubbs were not filed along with it as they weren't received by the time of applying.(applied in april 04)
My 140 and 485 was denied based on the same reason (not having h1 of the company filing 140 and 485, denied in mid dec 05) but with a provision to make an appeal.

Attorney filed the appeal in first week of Jan 05.

Is there any hope that the application will be reopend and processed soon, please post any ideas anybody has about this kind of situation or similar experiences anybody have faced.

When you filed your application was it filed for future based employment or not?

Thanks for the reply member77, I applied as current employeement, I am currently working with company also
