Hi All,
I'm starting Green Card from NJ and my employer put one Ad on 14th September 2003 in local news paper and another on 15th December 2003 in a magazine. Now we just sent all recruitment results to the lawyer to go ahead and start LCA filing but now he is telling me that 6 month period after advertiement has just expired because of the first ad(on14th Sep. 2003). And he is saying that there is risk to get rejected application so better I need to put another ad and wait for one month then go for filing.
I'm so annoyed now and don't know what to do ??
Can anyone of you suggest me please whether it's ok with current ads or not ?
