Hi
I have a big name with 4 words in my name and one word in my last name.
Ex:
First Name Middle Name Last Name
---------- ------------ ---------
AAA BBBB CCC DDD RRR
In my passport (India)
Family Name : RRR CCC DDD
Given Name : AAA BBBB
Since my name is big, they have started on the top line with those two words(CCC DDD), but all other my docs have 'RRR' as my last name including Birth Certificate & all previous H1Bs.
On plastic card (got it recently)
RRR CCCDDD, AAA B
SSN office people also want to use the same name as on the pastic card.
- Any problem with name on plastic card like this?
- If so, any ideas about how to correct it?
- Has any one on the similar boat ?
