I'm in the US since 2000. I recently moved from H1 to A2 visa. A2 visa was approved by the INS and send my passport for stamping for A2 visa.
But INS cancelled my existing visa and asked me to get the stamping in India. The reason is, I had a gap in changing jobs like a month.Also there was a comment at the back of my new I -94 that I have to leave the country in 15 days.
I'm confused about my situation.
Questions:
1. IS there any problem in my case in getting the visa stamped in India?
2. Can I use drop box in my case?
3. How many days is it going to take for stamping in India?
4.If I have an interview, what type of questions will be asked?
5. Any important documents which I need to carry with me?
Any help is greatly appreciated.
